Guided Tour

Experience the rich history of Alamance Battleground with our guided tour. Join us at 11am, 1pm, or 3pm for a scheduled tour, or request a tour at your convenience. Our knowledgeable site employees will take you on a journey through time, including a viewing of the film, a tour of the Allen House, and a guided tour of the battlefield. Admission is $2 for adults, $1 for seniors, and children between 5 and 12 years of age.

Self Guided Tour

Embark on an engaging self-guided tour that invites you to explore the rich history of Alamance Battleground! This easy, quarter-mile walk is perfect for everyone, from children to seniors, and showcases the beautifully maintained grounds.

As you stroll along, you’ll cross a charming bridge and navigate across Highway 62, all while following fourteen informative wayside markers that create a circular route starting and ending at the Visitor Center. Each marker offers fascinating insights into the Regulators and the pivotal Battle of Alamance, making your journey both educational and enjoyable.
